We would like to explore offering an unique opportunity: a small group of people who will learn together, share their experiences, and support you as execute your small business dreams. The group will be led by "down to earth" small business owners who have already successfully taken the leap from full time employee, to running their own business full time.

Unique Combination of Coaching, Training, and Support

To help you realize your small business dreams, we offer a unique combination of Coaching, Training, and Support. While each of these is a strong way to assist you, the combination of all three come together to create a much more powerful venue for gaining assistance in growing your business.

Support - By forming groups of people who are in similar stages of growing their small business, we strive to create an atmosphere that will support you as you learn. The group can become a sounding board for your ideas and you can learn as others share their experiences. Starting a business can be lonely, and the social aspect of this approach is very helpful. We are interested in meeting people who might benefit from a small informal group of like minded small business owners.

Training  - Education on what works for small business owners in the real world today. This is not about theory, rather the focus is on communicating how you can get your business to the next level today. We are interested in meeting people who might want to train others OR participate in training on various topics related to growing a small business.

Coaching - Unlike pure training programs, a coach will ask you questions and help you stay focused on making progress. We are interested in meeting people who would like to serve as a coach for others OR people who might want to meet with someone to assist them in growing a small business.

In summary, we are exploring the option of forming teams of people who can work on their own dream of starting or growing their own small business -- and would benefit from the knowledge and experience of others who have already been down this path and are traveling it with you.

Small Business Growth Topics:

Topics that might be covered include a wide variety. At any first meeting, group participants would decide exactly what content they would like to cover. Topics include: General Small Business Planning, Operations, Marketing (Defining Your Image and Getting the Word Out), E-Marketing, Sales, Growing the Business, and Open Roundtable Discussion.
